Mr Andrew Scott was appointed to the position of Senior Manager, Global Operations in 2017, working directly with Insitu to define our global operations strategy. Previously, Mr Scott has held the positions of Chief Technology Officer, and Senior Manager Engineering, Production & Quality, after joining Insitu Pacific in 2010 as Engineering Manager. Prior to this, he was the Company Director of his own business, providing Systems Engineering and Engineering Management services to Australian Aerospace ARH and MHR Programs from May, 2009.

Mr Scott joined Boeing Australia in 1995, initially installing and operating the F-111C Weapon System Support Facility, soon moving into F-111 enhancement projects as a para-professional design engineer, whilst studying for his degree. Whilst at Boeing Australia, Mr Scott performed design, and systems engineering, most notably on the AGM-142 Stand-Off Weapon Integration Program. Following on from this, Mr Scott was Lead Engineer for the Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter, Air Refuelling Tanker, and Tactical UAV campaigns. Other Boeing roles included functional leadership of the Avionics, and Integration & Test disciplines, a 12-month assignment to St Louis on the F/A-18 Hornet Upgrade Program in 2005, and Systems Engineering & Integration Team Lead on the Tactical UAV Program.

Mr Scott joined the Royal Australian Air Force in 1985, graduating as a Radio Technician – Air in 1987, and working on F-111 Pave Tack Reconnaissance and F-111 Flight Simulator prior to joining Rockwell Systems Australia in 1995.
